OK... You've been given the task of organising the party...

It could be your 21st, your Dad's 60th or your cousin's Bar Mitzvah, (no really, we did a Blackjack tournament for a bunch of 14 year olds, they loved it!)

Whatever it is, you think you would like a casino party, but you're just not sure what it is or how to organise it.

Don't worry, Vegas Nights are here to help!

Casino events can be one of the best ways to give your party that special edge that people will talk about long after your hangover has gone. The trick is to get the right number of tables, for the right length of time, and that's where we help. It may be one table or twenty, it may be a poker tournament or one of our tailor made games, or you have your own idea, just give us a call and we'll have a chat.

We have done private parties for 10 people up to 2000, so I'm sure we can help you. Although there is no such thing as an 'average' event, here's how a typical event unfolds...

Here's what you can do!

  • Find your venue, (or call us we may be able to suggest one). If it is at your home, we will need to check access and available space.
  • Call us, or use our booking form, to get a tentative hold on your gaming tables.
  • We recommend a ratio of 20 guests per table over a two to three hour gaming period. For example, you have 60 guests, 3 tables would work the best.
  • Let's say your event is from 7pm to midnight. We would install the tables in the afternoon well before your guests arrive. It's generally best to allow your guests to settle in, have a few drinks and something to eat. The casino tables would then open between 8pm and 10.30pm for example.
  • Each guest is given 10,000 in play money, they exchange this money for chips at the table. Our croupiers have ALL had many years experience in real casinos and will help your guests learn the rules of the games, it's really much easier than it looks!
  • At the end of the night we will add up your guests chips and announce who the luckiest punters were!
  • We will then remove the tables and props at the time agreed and give your event space, or house back!

The following day, although you can't remember much about it, everyone calls you up to say what a fantastic time they had.
